Steps
- 1Log in with the applicant's UAE Pass account.
- 2Select the required service and complete the information.
- 3Attach the required documents, if any.
- 4The parties sign the transaction digitally.
- 5Pay the prescribed fees
- 6Schedule an appointment to remotely meet the notary public, if needed.

Terms of Services
- Providing the legal capacity of the service applicant
- If one of the parties to the transaction is of limited or no legal capacity or is a legal person, the application must be submitted by a person acting on their behalf legally or lawfully, with a proof evidencing so.
- If the document is issued outside the country, it must be duly attested.
- Any document written in a language other than Arabic must be duly translated by a certified translator.
